Staff really helpful and accommodating. They even allowed us to extend our checkout time by 1 hour since our flight was late in the evening. Location is good in the old quarter.

Breakfast was traditional Vietnamese with some "Western traits" (fresh cooked omelettes) and enjoyable if one picked a quiet time. The location is nice - near some of "The Sites", numerous restaurants, bars and coffee shops and an interesting, safe walk to/from the Old Town.

Great location and warm and friendly staff. Excellent value for money if you want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi Old Quarters and feel the vibe.

Vety great location in the centre of Hanoi. Very clean and quite rooms. Breakfast is simple but very good. I stayed here many times already and wish to come back again.
